Returns & Refunds

This policy applies to purchases made on Velunor.

Hygiene and Intimate Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Accepted Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
• The product received is incorrect due to a shipping error

Time Limit

Any issue must be reported within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Procedure

To request a return or refund, please contact us at support@velunor.shop and include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Supporting photos, if applicable

Returns must be authorized before sending the product back.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by Velunor only in case of defective or incorrect products.
